Pruph

Terms of Service

EFFECTIVE 28 JULY 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pruph mobile application and the getpruph.com website (together, the "Service"), operated by Pruph ("Pruph," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Pruph organises tickets, reservations, bookings, and event confirmations that you already possess, so that they are available when you need them. The Service identifies relevant information from screenshots on your device and, where you connect an email account, from confirmation messages, and presents that information in a single chronological view.

Pruph does not sell tickets, make reservations, process bookings, or act as an agent for any ticketing provider, airline, rail or bus operator, hotel, restaurant, venue, or event organiser.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or 16 years old if you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

Certain features, including connecting an email account, backing up your events, and synchronising them across devices, require an account. Accounts are created using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the credentials used to access your account and for activity that occurs under it. You may delete your account at any time within the Service.

4. Your Content and Data

You retain all rights in the tickets, reservations, confirmations, images, and other content you provide to or make available through the Service ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service — that is, to identify, extract, organise, store, and display your event information as described in these Terms and in the Privacy Policy. This licence exists only for that purpose and ends when you delete the relevant content or your account.

We do not sell Your Content, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Our handling of Your Content is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Accuracy and Your Responsibility

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

Pruph uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to read tickets and confirmations and to extract details such as dates, times, venues, and confirmation numbers. These systems are not perfect and may extract information incorrectly, incompletely, or not at all.

You remain solely responsible for verifying your own event details and for arriving at any event, journey, or reservation with valid entry credentials. Pruph is a convenience, not a substitute for the ticket, confirmation, or booking issued to you by the relevant provider.

We do not guarantee that the Service will identify every ticket or reservation available to it, that extracted information will be accurate, that notifications will be delivered, or that any particular ticket will be accepted for entry.

Some ticketing providers issue credentials that cannot be stored or displayed outside their own applications, including tickets with rotating or dynamically generated barcodes. For those events, Pruph stores only the surrounding details and directs you to the provider's application.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

(a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;

(b) use the Service to store, transmit, or reproduce tickets or credentials you are not entitled to possess;

(c) attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service, including device attestation, rate limiting, or authentication;

(d) access the Service through automated means, or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide;

(e) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;

(f) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including Anthropic, PBC for information extraction, Cloudflare, Inc. for network infrastructure, and Apple Inc. and Google LLC for authentication and platform services. Where you connect an email account, the Service interacts with that provider's systems.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or acts and omissions.

The Service may reference or link to ticketing providers, venues, and other third parties. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, products, or services.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may add, remove, or change features, including moving features between free and paid tiers.

The Service depends on network connectivity and third-party systems, and may be unavailable or degraded at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the Pruph name and marks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal purposes. No other rights are granted.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information it produces will be accurate or complete.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes, without limitation, any missed event, journey, reservation, or booking; any refused entry; any cost incurred in replacing a ticket; and any consequence of information that was extracted incorrectly, extracted incompletely, or not extracted at all.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) twenty United States dollars (US$20).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pruph and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account within the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create legal or security risk.

Sections 4, 5, and 9 through 15 survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice within the Service before they take effect. The effective date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continuing to use the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. General

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, nothing in this paragraph deprives you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Apple. These Terms are between you and Pruph, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
